Beyond that, the timing follows the usual pattern: collars go on once the plumber has roughed in the pipework, and the barrier itself is finished the day before the concreter is due to arrive.
The closer a block sits to Hen and Chicken Bay, the longer the soil around it tends to stay wet, and that's the exact condition subterranean termites look for. We treat the whole perimeter on these blocks rather than a partial run, and because the lots are small we mark the treated zone clearly before any landscaper starts work over it.
Small doesn't mean simplified. Every penetration still gets a collar and the slab still gets a properly sized perimeter or under-slab system, with the same certification paperwork as a much larger build.
