We look closely at drainage around waterfront sites when planning the barrier rather than treating every Canada Bay property the same way.
The mall itself mainly drives rat and cockroach activity rather than termites, but it does mean streets on that side of Canada Bay carry more general pest pressure. For the termite barrier specifically we still base the plan on soil conditions and nearby green space rather than the retail centre itself.
